For over a decade I moved between A+E Networks boardrooms and independent creator rooms. I served as a development executive, ran media strategy at Universal McCann, and earned three PM certifications (PMP, CSM, CAPM) — because creative ambition without operational rigor dies in Act 2.
Then I bet on myself. I crowdfunded Hotline — a web series centering Black trans women — produced it, and landed it on Amazon Prime, Revolt TV, and OTV. That one project opened the door to over $1.85M+ in grants and funding.
Now I run The Script Doctor: a growing ecosystem of reviews, intensives, and membership for writers who are brilliant but underfunded. Writers whose scripts should be opening doors, not collecting dust. I built the Story Strategist System™ and the Creative Infrastructure Method™ so they stop waiting for permission.
