Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work. This policy explains the refund terms for every product and program we offer — digital, live, and cohort-based.

Digital Products

This covers ebooks, guides, prompt packs, and recorded courses.

Due to the immediate-delivery nature of digital products, all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable. Once you have received access, no refund will be issued.

If you experience technical issues accessing your materials, email [email protected] and we will resolve access issues promptly.

Live Workshops, Webinars & VIP Upgrades

This covers the Act 1 Lab VIP upgrade, script reviews, live hot seats, and group coaching sessions.

  • No refunds are issued once the live event or session has begun
  • If you cannot attend a live session you've paid for, you will still have access to any included replay or recorded materials, plus any digital bonuses included in your purchase
  • Script Reviews are delivered individually by Jasmine Patrice White. Once a script has been submitted for review, refunds are not available

Intensive Programs & Cohort Courses

For multi-week programs such as the 4-Day Intensive, we offer a 7-day satisfaction window from the date of purchase OR the program start date (whichever is later):

  • Within 7 days, refunds are available if you have not downloaded, accessed, or consumed more than 25% of the program materials
  • After 7 days, all sales are final

Chargebacks

We take chargebacks seriously. If you have any issue with your purchase, please email [email protected] before disputing the charge with your bank. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent revocation of access to all Script Doctor programs and products, including any active memberships.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (where eligible), email [email protected] with:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used at purchase
  • The product or program name
  • Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
