Some services require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you:

• Authorize us to charge your payment method for the purchase amount
• Represent that you are legally authorized to use the payment method
• Agree that prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted
• Understand that digital products are delivered electronically following successful payment

5. Digital Product License

When you purchase digital products (ebooks, guides, prompt packs, courses, recordings), you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own creative and educational purposes. You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or share purchased content
• Claim authorship of our materials
• Use our content to create competing products
• Upload our materials to third-party sites or AI training datasets

6. Intellectual Property

All content within our services — written materials, videos, graphics, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies (including the FIRE Formula, Page One Formula, and Creative Infrastructure Method) — is the exclusive property of Jasmine Patrice White / The Script Doctor and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

8. User Conduct

• Treat other students, staff, and guests with respect

We reserve the right to remove any user from our services, without refund, for violation of these conduct standards.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Our services provide educational and coaching content related to screenwriting and creative craft. We do not guarantee:

• Specific outcomes (sold screenplays, produced films, representation, awards)
• Industry placement, contracts, or career advancement
• That our methods will work for every individual writer or every project

You understand that success in the entertainment industry depends on many factors beyond instruction — including talent, market timing, networking, persistence, and luck. Results vary by individual.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Script Doctor, Jasmine Patrice White, and affiliated parties from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the services.
